C. Robert Dobronski III
C. Robert Dobronski III brings over fifteen years of specialized legal experience, guiding small and mid-sized businesses through regulatory, operational, and commercial challenges. Known for his innovative approach and dedication to pragmatic results, he partners with organizations to craft legal strategies that align seamlessly with their values and business objectives.
Drawing from a robust career in both the legal and railroad sectors, Mr. Dobronski combines business insight with a strong commitment to legal education. As an Adjunct Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University and Michigan State University, he has taught appellate and trial advocacy, including topics such as evidence, contract law, constitutional law, and legal writing. His teaching excellence has earned recognition from esteemed institutions, including the Michigan Supreme Court and State Bar of Michigan.
Seeking to expand his leadership scope and develop additional business expertise, Mr. Dobronski undertook the University of Oxford’s Executive MBA program, ranked #1 worldwide by QS and also named the world’s top university for a tenth consecutive year by Times Higher Education. While also continuing to serve as a senior executive, he earned multiple distinctions in economics at Oxford, engaged deeply with a diverse cohort of senior executives worldwide, and helped launch a startup that later expanded into several national markets, including the United States. This experience further deepened his expertise in strategic decision-making and business innovation. It also, unofficially, made him an expert in caffeine management.
